MATERIALS USED
The materials used in manufacturing full range of profiles are galvanized steel coils in continuous hot dip, FE P02G Z-275, UNE 36137.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The manufacturing is done in a continuous process of cold-formed galvanized sheet by profiling.
The cold bending of the sheet steel produced in a forging effect, which results in an increased yield located in the folds and areas close to them.
- OMEGA PROFILE
This section is used in the pair of trusses (line of maximum slope and a bracelet).
Its dimensions will be determined by structural calculations, performed previously, and reflected in the assembly plans.
- C PROFILE
It is used in the auxiliary profiles that make up the truss, uprights, braces, and truss.
If the pair of truss is an omega range of base 40 mm., Profiles are used C-37.37, and likewise, if the couple is an omega of base 50 mm., Will be used C-47.47.
- U PROFILE
This section acts as a sleeper in the areas of support trusses on living and non-residential floor.
In the tie rod trusses form self supporting thereof. Its dimensions are also conditioned to the omega of the pair, being of the same range as this.
